Instructions

  1. Put the first five ingredients in a bowl and make a batter. Mix with the mixer of a hand mixer until a crumbly consistency is achieved.
  2. Put 150 g sugar, 3 eggs, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, quark, lemon juice and semolina in a second bowl. Mix with the mixer until you have a homogeneous mass.
  3. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour two thirds of the crumbly dough into the mold and press down on the bottom and edge.
