Ingredients
- 150 grams sugar
- 300 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 egg (s)
- 100 g butter, soft
- 500 g morello cherries. drained
- 150 grams sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 500 g quark
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon semolina
- Fat for the shape
- Breadcrumbs for the mold

- Put the first five ingredients in a bowl and make a batter. Mix with the mixer of a hand mixer until a crumbly consistency is achieved.
- Put 150 g sugar, 3 eggs, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, quark, lemon juice and semolina in a second bowl. Mix with the mixer until you have a homogeneous mass.
- Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour two thirds of the crumbly dough into the mold and press down on the bottom and edge. Place the drained cherries on the bottom and distribute evenly. Pour the curd mixture over the cherries and distribute the remaining crumbs evenly over the curd mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 1 hour.
