Ingredients
- 500 g cherry (s), fresh
- 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
- 6 tablespoon semolina
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- 4 egg (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 250 grams sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

- Mix the sugar and fat until foamy, then add the rest of the ingredients except for the cherries and mix everything into a creamy mixture. Pit the cherries, quarter them and stir in as well.
- Grease a springform pan (24 cm diameter) and pour in the batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours. If the cake gets too dark, cover briefly with aluminum foil.
