Ingredients
For the dough: (strudel dough)
- 400 g flour
- 1 egg (s)
- 125 ml milk
- 150 g butter
For the filling:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 points vanilla sugar
- 1 point pudding powder, vanilla, (for cooking)
- 5 drops oil (lemon oil)
- 2 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 500 g cherry (s), (frozen)

- Make the strudel dough and divide it into two equal pieces. Roll out each piece of dough thinly. Mix the ingredients for the filling. Brush the dough with quark mixture, put the cherries on top and roll up into two large strudels. Brush the ovenproof baking pan with butter and add the strudel. Brush the strudel with melted butter. Bake at 200 ° C for approx. 45 minutes.
- Can be consumed warm or cold with powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
