Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon butter or margarine, soft
- 100 g suar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 vanilla pod or vanilla sugar
- 50 g semolina
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 1 lemon (s), untreated, juice and zest it
- 500 g cherry (s)
- 3 egg whites
- Fat for the shape

- Beat the butter or margarine until smooth, gradually stir in the sugar and egg yolks. Cut open the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp. Mix with the semolina, quark, zest and lemon juice into the fat and egg yolk mixture.
- Wash and stone the cherries and stir into the quark mixture. Beat the egg white until stiff, fold in carefully, pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 180 ° C (preheated) for about 35 minutes. When a light brown crust has formed on top, it should be done.
