  • 60 g butter
  • 80 g cane suar
  • 60 g corn rits (polenta)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 200 g cherry (s), fresh or straiht from the lass

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until foamy.
  2. Stir in sugar, polenta, eggs, quark and lemon juice.
  3. Pour 2/3 of the mixture into a baking dish, spread the cherries on top, pour the remaining mixture over it.
  4. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
