- Knead the dough ingredients together well. The dough should be moist but not stick to your hands.
- Then grease a springform pan, lay out the dough on it and pull up a small edge.
- Spread the cooked pudding on top (do not let it cool down completely). Spread the fruit of your choice on top and finally top it with the crumble.
- Bake in the oven on the middle rack at 170 degrees for about 45-55 minutes.
- Double the amount is enough for one tray. The cake does not rise very far when baking, you could also use a tart pan.
