Remove the pips from the kernels and the light-colored partitions and cut into strips. Peel the onions and cut lengthways into strips. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
Heat coconut oil in the pan and sweat the onion and garlic in it, add the soy cream and peppers, bring to the boil and finish cooking in about 10 - 12 minutes. Season to taste with herb salt and pepper.
