Instructions
Mix the mustard, vinegar, yogurt and spices thoroughly in a bowl, then add and mix the chopped / cut eggs. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces and add them together with the sprouts. Mix again thoroughly and let steep for 30 minutes.
