Ingredients
- 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 100 g tomato (s)
- 100 g cucumber (s)
- 80 g mun bean seedlins, freshly sprouted
- 2 tablespoon., Leveled mustard, hot
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 tablespoon yogurt, Greek
- some salt and pepper, fresh from the mill
- Chili powder

- Mix the mustard, vinegar, yogurt and spices thoroughly in a bowl, then add and mix the chopped / cut eggs. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces and add them together with the sprouts. Mix again thoroughly and let steep for 30 minutes.
