Ingredients

  • 100 g mun bean seedlins, freshly sprouted
  • 20 cocktail tomatoes, red and yellow
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, hot
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 dash stevia
  • some herb salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Chilli flakes
  • 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 tablespoon chives, cut into rolls

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salad dressing in a bowl with the ingredients from mustard to pepper. Add the sprouts and mix thoroughly. Halve the cocktail tomatoes and add them as well. Cut the eggs into slices.
  2. Put the lettuce in the middle of the plate, place the egg slices all around and sprinkle everything with the chives.
