Thoroughly mix all dry and all wet ingredients separately in a bowl and then add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and knead thoroughly. Shape the mixture into 2 sausages.
Heat some coconut oil in a pan and fry the sausages well on all sides over low heat. This takes about 8 minutes.
Depending on the side dish, the sausages are enough for one or two servings. I also had fried potatoes and white cabbage.
