Ingredients
- 20 g lupine flour
- 10 g polenta
- 15 g luten
- 20 g wheat flour, 550
- 2 g bakin powder
- 2 g salt
- some pepper, fresh from the mill
- 1 teaspoon mustard, hot
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, virgin
- 50 ml water
- some oil, (coconut oil), native for frying

- Thoroughly mix all dry and all wet ingredients separately in a bowl and then add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and knead thoroughly. Shape the mixture into 2 sausages.
- Heat some coconut oil in a pan and fry the sausages well on all sides over low heat. This takes about 8 minutes.
- Depending on the side dish, the sausages are enough for one or two servings. I also had fried potatoes and white cabbage.
