Ingredients

  • 80 g butter, soft
  • 500 g berries, mixed, frozen
  • 70 g suar, brown
  • 150 ml grape juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, white
  • 50 grams flour
  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 25 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Lightly grease one large or four small casserole dishes using a teaspoon full of the butter.
  2. Put the thawed, well drained berries in a bowl and mix with 20 g of brown sugar. Bring the grape juice to the boil with a tablespoon of white sugar, simmer gently and reduce a little.
  3. For the crumbly topping, mix the oatmeal together with the hazelnuts, flour, 50 g brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Then add the softened butter. Stir with the dough hook until you get crumble.
  4. Put the berries in the baking dish and pour the grape juice over them. Spread the crumble mixture on top and bake everything brown and crispy in the hot oven for about 30 minutes.
  5. Take the crumble out of the oven and serve with vanilla ice cream.
