Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 50 g almond (s), round
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Lemon peel, untreated, grated
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 80 ml oil
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 g berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and lemon zest until frothy. Stir in oil, milk, flour and baking powder. Fold in the berries.
  2. Fill the muffin cups with batter up to 1 cm below the rim. Bake at 170 ° C for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
