Mix the oat flakes with the sunflower seeds, flax seeds and desiccated coconut. Stir the almonds, cinnamon and vanilla into the flakes. Heat the oil and honey in a pan and briefly bring to the boil. Pour in the flake mixture and stir quickly, then roast for approx. 5 minutes.
Let cool and store in a sealable container. Eat with milk, yogurt and / or seasonal fruit. I don`t like desiccated coconut and just leave it out.
