Ingredients
- 200 g oatmeal
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g flaxseed
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 50 g almond (s), chopped, sliced or round
- 2 pinches cinnamon
- 2 pinches vanilla sugar or
- 1 pinch (s) vanilla powder
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoon honey

- Mix the oat flakes with the sunflower seeds, flax seeds and desiccated coconut. Stir the almonds, cinnamon and vanilla into the flakes. Heat the oil and honey in a pan and briefly bring to the boil. Pour in the flake mixture and stir quickly, then roast for approx. 5 minutes.
- Let cool and store in a sealable container. Eat with milk, yogurt and / or seasonal fruit. I don`t like desiccated coconut and just leave it out.
