Mix the oat flakes with the sunflower seeds and coconut flakes. Coarsely grate the almonds. Stir into the flakes with the cinnamon and vanilla.
Heat the oil and honey in a pan and briefly bring to the boil. Pour in the flake mixture and stir quickly, then roast for approx. 5 minutes. Add the raisins and stir in, roast for another 5 minutes on a low heat. Let cool and store in a sealable container.
