Instructions

  1. Clean the fish fillet, rub with lemon juice, season with salt and cut into strips similar to sticks. Mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan and bread the prepared fish with them. Now heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the fish fingers until golden brown.
  2. Potatoes and tartar sauce go well with it, of course.
