Instructions

  1. Lightly caramelize the hazelnuts and sugar in a non-stick pan. Let cool down. Roughly chop the banana chips.
  2. Mix the flour, oatmeal, baking powder and salt together. Beat the honey, butter, 100 g Nutella and the egg until frothy. Stir in the flour mixture, 3/4 of the caramelized hazelnuts and the banana chips. Cut off small piles of dough with a teaspoon and place on two baking sheets lined with baking paper.
