Cut the dough sheets on top of each other into 10 x 10 cm squares, then separate the individual slices. You need a total of 24 pieces of dough. Brush the filo dough thinly with olive oil and place a mushroom in the middle, season with salt and pepper. Beat the dough around the mushroom and twist into a packet. Brush the outside with olive oil.
Place the mushroom parcels on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
They taste best fresh from the oven on cocktail skewers so you don`t burn your fingers.
