Chicken breast from tendons, fat, etc. to free. Cut into larger or smaller pieces as desired.
Whisk the egg in a bowl with the spices. Put the flour in a deep plate. Beat the corn flakes in a bag. These are then mixed with the breadcrumbs in a deep plate.
Now comes the breading: The best way to do this is to arrange the ingredients in order: first the plate with the flour, then the egg, and the breadcrumbs and cornflakes mixture. That makes breading easier. Turn the chicken pieces in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
Then heat the oil in a saucepan. When the fat is very hot, add the nuggets and deep-fry for about 5 minutes on a high (but not the highest level) until they are golden brown. Then drain on a kitchen towel.
