Put the dry ingredients in a bowl, finally add the lukewarm water. Knead everything vigorously and make a yeast dough. Possibly add olive oil or herbs for flavoring. Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, then knead again.
Roll out the dough very thinly on a floured surface, you get about 3-4 trays.
Then cover only thinly if you like.
Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 10 minutes on the lowest rack with the lowest possible bottom heat. Serve hot.
