  • 500g flour
  • 350 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
  • possibly olive oil
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

  1. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl, finally add the lukewarm water. Knead everything vigorously and make a yeast dough. Possibly add olive oil or herbs for flavoring. Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, then knead again.
  2. Roll out the dough very thinly on a floured surface, you get about 3-4 trays.
  3. Then cover only thinly if you like.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 10 minutes on the lowest rack with the lowest possible bottom heat. Serve hot.
