Ingredients

  • 2 large onions
  • 1 leek
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 pack dumpling dough, finished
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic
  • Paprika powder
  • cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and leek into small pieces.
  2. Put the minced meat in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Then fry until it is done. Add onions and leeks towards the end.
  3. Spread baking paper on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. The oil causes the dough to become crispy. Place the dumpling dough in the middle and press it flat with your hand until the tray is filled with it.
  4. Mix the crème fraîche and cream cheese into a sauce, place in a saucepan and heat on a medium heat, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika powder to your own taste. Now spread the sauce over the dumpling dough (it helps if you let the edges stand up a little). Then spread the fried mince mixture over it and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Put the tray in the hot oven at approx. 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 20 minutes. When the cheese turns brown, the meal should be ready.
  6. The recipe can be changed at will. I always do it differently.
