Ingredients

  • 700 g flour
  • 2 cubes yeast, fresh
  • 400 ml water, warm
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled salt

Instructions

  1. Put the flour on the work surface, make a well in the flour, crumble the yeast in, then add the water and the remaining ingredients.
  2. Knead everything into a smooth dough and let rise covered at room temperature until the dough has risen.
  3. Knead everything again on a floured surface and roll out thinly.
  4. Place the dough on a floured tray or lined with baking paper and cover to your heart`s content.
  5. The amount is enough for 2 baking trays!
