Ingredients

  • 450 g flour
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Tomato (s), happened
  • oregano
  • some garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, water, yeast, oil, sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt and normal salt into a yeast dough. I do this in a bread maker with the kneading program in 1.5 hours. But you can also do without.
  2. Mix the tomatoes, the oregano and a little more garlic salt into a sauce (topping).
  3. The dough can now be rolled out on a baking sheet and topped with ingredients as desired. It is then baked in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
