Mix the flour, water, yeast, oil, sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt and normal salt into a yeast dough. I do this in a bread maker with the kneading program in 1.5 hours. But you can also do without.
Mix the tomatoes, the oregano and a little more garlic salt into a sauce (topping).
The dough can now be rolled out on a baking sheet and topped with ingredients as desired. It is then baked in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
