An easy-to-prepare Iranian main course that can also be used as a starter!
Clean the leek (there are still 300 - 350 g), cut in half lengthways and cut into 1/2 cm thick slices. Do not chop walnuts too finely. Whisk both with the eggs, season with salt, pepper and adwie and fry in a pan in hot oil like a thick pancake, turn once.
You`d swear this dish contains ground beef, but it`s entirely vegetarian!
