Put the cream in a bowl, stir in the vinegar. The cream curdles and becomes a little firmer, but this is later given by the cucumbers. Add the sugar and season to taste, more vinegar or sugar, depending on your taste. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the tomatoes into 1/2 or 1/4 pieces, the cucumber into small cubes. Pour everything into the dressing, mix and let stand for 1/2 hour.
