- 1 cucumber (s)
- 10 cherry tomato (s)
- 200 ml cream
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt and pepper

- Put the cream in a bowl, stir in the vinegar. The cream curdles and becomes a little firmer, but this is later given by the cucumbers. Add the sugar and season to taste, more vinegar or sugar, depending on your taste. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the tomatoes into 1/2 or 1/4 pieces, the cucumber into small cubes. Pour everything into the dressing, mix and let stand for 1/2 hour.
