• 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
• 50 g crème fraîche
• 50 g natural yourt
• 3 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Instructions

1. For the cucumber salad, peel the cucumbers and cut or slice them into thin slices. Then put everything in a bowl and prepare the dressing.
