- Peel the cucumber so that it creates a striped pattern and slice it into fine slices. Put on a plate / plate.
- Fry the diced salmon fillet.
- Reduce the balsamic vinegar with the sugar in a pan for about 3 minutes.
- Place the fried salmon on top of the cucumber, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the balsamic vinegar reduction, sprinkle with chopped dill.
- Serve with wasabi and roasted ciabatta.
