Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, peel it if necessary and grate it roughly. Drain a little. Mix the grated cucumber with the sour milk.
  2. Chop the onion, garlic cloves and dill and stir in. Season the cold bowl with salt, pepper and lemon juice and stir in the olive oil. Refrigerate.
  3. Just before serving, sprinkle the cleaned crabs and the tomato cut into small cubes over the cold bowl. Garnish with dill.
  4. A strong farmer`s bread, for example, tastes good with it.
