Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (s)
- g 1,000 sour milk
- 1 small onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch dill
- Salt and pepper, whiter
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
- 150 g crabs
- 2 tomato (s)

- Wash the cucumber, peel it if necessary and grate it roughly. Drain a little. Mix the grated cucumber with the sour milk.
- Chop the onion, garlic cloves and dill and stir in. Season the cold bowl with salt, pepper and lemon juice and stir in the olive oil. Refrigerate.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the cleaned crabs and the tomato cut into small cubes over the cold bowl. Garnish with dill.
- A strong farmer`s bread, for example, tastes good with it.
