Ingredients

  • 500 g yourt
  • 400 g cucumber (s), finely diced (0.5 x 0.5 cm)
  • 4 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 50 g nuts, round
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 400 ml cold water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Let the soup steep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Tarator is eaten here in Bulgaria on hot summer days.
