- 500 g yourt, 1.5%
- milk
- salt and pepper
- Dill
- Herbs, various

- Peel and roughly grate the cucumber. Peel, chop or press the garlic and add to the cucumber. Mix with the yoghurt, then add milk to taste or to the desired consistency. Stir in the dill and / or other herbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Chill the soup for about 1 hour.
