Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber (s)
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • sugar
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill

Instructions

  1. Roughly dice the cucumber, put a few thin slices aside for the garnish. Puree the diced cucumber with yogurt, water, garlic clove and walnuts in a blender.
  2. Season to taste with pepper, salt, lemon, balsamic vinegar and sugar. Chop and fold in the dill.
  3. Fill into glasses. Now decorate with the cucumber slices and a little dill.
