Cold Fermented Milk Soup with Cucumbers, Green Onions and Dill

In the hot season, you don’t really want to eat hot first courses, so I suggest making a cold soup with cucumbers, green onions and dill, which are added to a mixture of yogurt and sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Cucumbers – 250 g
  • Natural yogurt – 500 ml
  • Water – 500 ml
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Fresh dill – 10 g
  • Green onions – 10 g
  • Salt – 7-10 g

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients. You can use yogurt instead of natural yogurt.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into cubes. Finely chop the green onion and dill.
  3. Pour natural yogurt (or yogurt) into a saucepan, add sour cream.
  4. Pour water into fermented milk products.
  5. Lay out the sliced ​​cucumbers and herbs.
  6. Add salt. Mix. Put the fermented milk soup with cucumbers and herbs in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Pour cold yoghurt soup with cucumbers, green onions and dill into portioned bowls and serve.
