Ingredients
- 175 g blueberries, (blueberries)
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.5 liter ½ milk

- Puree half of the selected, washed berries with the mixer or pass through a sieve. Bring to the boil with the sugar and allow to cool.
- Add lemon juice, milk and the remaining berries and refrigerate.
- VARIATION:
- Instead of blueberries, you can also use strawberries or raspberries.
