Ingredients
- 750 g berries, fresh (raspberries, black currants, blackberries etc.)
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.5 liter ½ buttermilk
- 1 cup thick milk (cream thick milk)
- 0.5 ½ cup syrup, (raspberry syrup)

- Wash the berries, drain them.
- Scatter the sugar and vanilla sugar over it and let it steep for 15 minutes.
- Puree half of the berries, mix with the remaining berries, buttermilk and thick cream milk.
- Finally add the raspberry syrup and stir again.
- Place a few whole fruits on top and serve.
