Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the cucumbers and puree with yogurt, cream cheese, vegetable stock and coarsely chopped dill. Leave a little dill for decoration.
  2. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper and serve in ice-cold plates with sprigs of dill.
  3. Ciabatta or fresh toast goes very well with it.
