Ingredients
- 1 kg cucumber (s)
- 600 ml yogurt
- 100 g cream cheese
- 250 ml vegetable broth, cold
- 2 bunch dill
- Lemon juice
- salt and pepper

- Wash and clean the cucumbers and puree with yogurt, cream cheese, vegetable stock and coarsely chopped dill. Leave a little dill for decoration.
- Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper and serve in ice-cold plates with sprigs of dill.
- Ciabatta or fresh toast goes very well with it.
