Mix the pomegranate cider vinegar with the oil and add the crème fraîche. Really add a lot of finely chopped basil (if there is no nice fresh basil, frozen basil is also good). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Peel the cucumber according to taste (or not) and cut into very fine slices. Mix with the dressing and serve.
