- 4 tablespoon vinegar (pomegranate cider vinegar)
- 2 tablespoon oil (garlic oil)
- 4 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 1 bunch basil, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 large cucumber (s)

- Mix the pomegranate cider vinegar with the oil and add the crème fraîche. Really add a lot of finely chopped basil (if there is no nice fresh basil, frozen basil is also good). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Peel the cucumber according to taste (or not) and cut into very fine slices. Mix with the dressing and serve.
