Ingredients

  • 2 cucumber (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste, more to taste
  • some stalks coriander green
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • chili
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and core the cucumbers and cut into long strips with a peeler. Peel the onions and the clove of garlic. Dice the garlic and cut the onions into fine slices. Put everything in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, chilli from the mill and sugar.
  2. Rub the peel of the lime and squeeze out the juice. Mix the crème fraîche with the lime juice, lime zest and the wasabi paste and stir in the finely chopped coriander. Add to the salad and mix everything carefully.
