- First, wash and peel the cucumber thoroughly. If you like to eat the peel, you can do so as long as the cucumber has not been treated with pesticides.
- Now pour the cream and sour cream into a container and add the sugar and the other spices.
- Now squeeze the lemon or lime and add the juice to the cream and stir everything well.
- Next to last, chop the dill into small pieces and add about a tablespoon of it to the dressing.
- Now slice the cucumber and present everything together in a salad bowl.
- Super delicious in summer when grilling.
