Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 lemon (s) / lime
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. First, wash and peel the cucumber thoroughly. If you like to eat the peel, you can do so as long as the cucumber has not been treated with pesticides.
  2. Now pour the cream and sour cream into a container and add the sugar and the other spices.
  3. Now squeeze the lemon or lime and add the juice to the cream and stir everything well.
  4. Next to last, chop the dill into small pieces and add about a tablespoon of it to the dressing.
  5. Now slice the cucumber and present everything together in a salad bowl.
  6. Super delicious in summer when grilling.
