• 2 teaspoons honey
• 50 ml vegetable stock
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 2 teaspoons dill, fresh, chopped
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
• 4 tablespoon olive oil
• salt
• 1 cucumber (snake cucumber)

Instructions

1. Dissolve honey in warm vegetable stock, allow to cool, then stir in curry powder, dill, vinegar, salt and olive oil. Peel the cucumber, slice thinly and fold into the dressing.
