Instructions

  1. Cut the pickles into small cubes.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan. Add the pickles and let them turn to glass. Dust the flour over it, stir in a little and now deglaze with enough cucumber liquid to make a nice, creamy sauce. Season with a little vegetable stock and pepper. Stir in the dill.
  3. Goes very well with bohemian bread dumplings and boiled beef.
